The MWF Filter replaces these older filter part numbers:

The MWF Filter plus a GE filter adapter can be used to replace these old metal canister filters:

The new MWF filter connected to the filter adapter is about 1 inch taller than the old style metal canister filters. So if you are replacing a metal canister filter and your top refrigerator shelf is set pretty high (close to the bottom of the filter) then you may want to buy the GE MXRC water filter instead.

Note: If your Kenmore refrigerator model number starts with 363, then your refrigerator was made by GE.
